INCONSISTENT ingredients and poor customer service
I have ordered and trusted the sweet potato products for years. I have spoken before to the owner and others with questions and, having 3 large dogs, made multiple large orders through the past couple years. However, things have changed. The ingredients on the salmon/sweet potato fillets are inconsistent and have SUGAR added to a large (40 oz) bag that I bought. Because of the limited ingredients ads, and because SOME of the bags of the same product do NOT have sugar listed, I am angry that I didn't notice until I had shared the ingredients with a friend who wanted to buy it, only to discover I'd been feeding SUGAR to my dogs. I am entirely organic and holistically oriented toward myself AND my dogs, and was and have been extremely angry. I have triued to reach the company via phone and email since mid-December of 2024. Also, just as an added annoiyance, it is impossible to call them on their "365 day money back" guarantee. NO ACCESS. I read another review with same complaint. I cannot take chances on this company any more, and waited for weeks before posting this negative review.
